DIVISION ONE provides experience and expertise to achieve equitable resolution of contract disputes with a strong emphasis on negotiated resolutions.

Contract Positioning
Proper documentation and development of strong entitlement positions, supported by contract provisions, to reserve the contractors rights and facilitate future recovery of increased project costs.

Cost Analysis
Development of comprehensive cost packages utilizing appropriate analysis methodologies, including; actual cost segregation, production-based analysis, “clean period” analysis and time related cost development.

Schedule Analysis
Detailed critical path schedule analysis demonstrating changes to the contractors planned method, manner, sequence and duration of performance through the use of recognized schedule analysis methodologies, including; Time Impact Analysis, Impacted As-Built and Impacted Plan Analysis.


DIVISION ONE provides Dispute Resolution services in support of all dispute formats, including; negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Issue Development
Identification of key events, through a detailed review of project records and staff interviews, for the development of a contractually-based entitlement position. This includes the development of a causal-link between impacting events and the resultant increase to costs and time.

Trending Analysis
Graphical analysis of project data to further support the causal-link between project events, increased costs and impact to the project duration.
